Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years oldto create a T3AM account, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. In these terms, a "player" means either a sports participant who is 13 or older, or the parent or legal guardian acting for a participant under 13.

Players under 13 do not hold accounts.They appear on a team's roster as entries managed by their parent or guardian and their team's staff. A parent or guardian who provides a young player's information (or authorizes the team to) consents to its use as described in our Privacy Policy.

T3AM is a team management and character-recognition platform: schedules, rosters, team communication, fee transparency, stats, and recognition of character moments ("T3As"), which can trigger charitable giving funded by T3AM — never by team or player fees.

Team staff and members may enter roster information, schedules, photos of paper documents for import, stats, and recognition moments. You must have the right to share what you enter. For content about a minor under 13 — including roster data — you must be that minor's parent or guardian, or have their parent or guardian's consent.

You keep ownership of what you enter. You give T3AM the limited license needed to operate the service (store, display to your team per its role rules, back up). We do not sell personal information.

T3AM never holds team money.Fee tracking is a transparency record of payments that happen outside T3AM (cash, check, or your team's payment provider). Reward points and charitable-giving records in the app are funded by T3AM itself and have no connection to team fees. We never collect or store payment card numbers.

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no scraping other teams' data, no harassment or bullying, no impersonation, no using T3AM for anything unlawful. Recognition is positive-only by design — the service has no mechanism for negative marks against a player, and attempts to work around that spirit may lead to removal.

You can stop using T3AM and ask us to delete your account at any time (contact below). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Team staff control team membership; leaving a team ends your access to that team's data.

T3AM is provided "as is." We work hard on reliability but don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, T3AM LLC's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for free accounts, is zero). Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
