Privacy Policy

Account holders (13+): name, email, a password (stored only as a secure hash), and what you do in the app — teams joined, RSVPs, messages to your team, recognitions given.

Players on a roster:the information a team's staff or a parent enters — typically a name, and over a season: recognized character moments, stats, and fee records. Young players' rosters are deliberately minimal: we don't ask for birthdates, addresses, or photos of players.

Snapped documents: when staff photograph a paper roster, form, or schedule for import, the image is processed in memory and discarded — only the extracted fields you confirm are saved.

What we never collect:payment card numbers (payments happen outside T3AM), and we don't run advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Children under 13 do not hold T3AM accounts.A young player exists in T3AM as a roster entry managed by their parent or guardian and team staff. By providing a child's information to a team (or authorizing the team to enter it), the parent or guardian consents to its use for the team's purposes described here.

Young players have no public profiles, and T3AM has no direct messaging between adults and minors anywhere in the product. A player's individual information is visible only to their team's staff, their linked parent or guardian, and — for recognitions — the player's own team. Public pages show only team-level aggregates, never individual children.

Parents and guardians may review their child's information through their own linked account, and may ask us to correct or delete it at any time (contact below). If you believe we have information about a child that we shouldn't, tell us and we'll remove it.

To run the service: schedules and reminders, rosters, team communication, fee transparency, recognition and its charitable-giving records, and support. Emails we send are operational (invites, reminders, password resets) — not marketing blasts. That's it: no sale of data, no third-party advertising.

Access follows team roles and is enforced server-side: coaches and team admins see their team; a parent sees their linked players; a player sees their own record and their team's shared surfaces; other teams see nothing. Public pages show only aggregate, non-personal numbers.

We use a small set of processors to operate T3AM: hosting and database infrastructure, a transactional email service, and — for the optional document-snap features — an AI text-extraction service that processes the image transiently. Providers act on our instructions and don't get to use your data for their own purposes. Public blockchain reads for our transparency pages involve no personal data.

Everything travels over HTTPS; passwords are hashed; access is role-checked on every request and covered by automated tests; secrets are never in our code. We keep team data while the team is active; you can request deletion of your account or your child's information at any time, and we honor it.
